Helix Ultimate: All Background Images For Page Title Gone

Hi there, I have set up a site and created some background images that I have assigned to the Page Title options in menu items like you see here:

Now, for some reasons the image is not visible any more, there is just a background color, see:
It seems that this is not a CSS issue because the image tag is not in the source code any more. How can I restore my images?
