I am receiving two complaints from users; we have only just deployed this site:

1. In windows the scolling experience is not smooth. Having arrived at one of the main pages, the users scroll down and the page jumps rather than scrolls.
2. iPad users (and Android) it takes several swipes up to get the page to begin to move and it also sticks at the bottom when you try to swipe back towards the top.

Thoughts please.
