Blog Images are Not Displayed

Hello Joomshaper Team!
Since the last updates, the images created with "Blog Media" are no longer displayed in the posts.
In short: The images are created (I checked this via FTP), but are no longer loaded in the frontend in the blog or in the detailed article.
Please help me to find out where the error could be and how I can fix the problem.
System setting:
- Joomla 5.1.0
- Helix Ultimate 2.1.1

Accepted AnswerHi Toufiq! Please see the Source of Article "Testing". This entry from Today don´t load the "thumbnail" image. That is the problem.
I have no Idea what is going wrong?

Accepted AnswerI see the screenshot. Image has the wrong height because the blog load the Original not the thumbnail Blog image.

Accepted AnswerI remove the image, Upload the image with a new name. Same problem. I work with firefox.
