Adding Link To Image Overlay

Hi Is there a way to add a link to whole picture in the image overlay add on. Not just the title and subtitle. Or Is it possible to add overlay effect on addon "image".
I want to have and image with hover-overlay and with a link on the whole image.

Accepted AnswerThat sound pretty strange, that so an established programme like sppb done have a way to combine an image link with an image overlay. And not even an easy fix - Hummm!
