Countdown For Multiple Countries

countdown only work correctly when joomla website time zone is set to universal in my case I need to setup for an specific country but when do that there 1 day difference, as i need all other users that look the website saw the countdown information related with time zone
i check all possible changes inlcuding in the dedicated server that is set for the origin timezone that i want to setup i need for example: set to argentine time zone gtm-3 and then an user in mexico that is gtm-5 can saw their own countdown with a difference of two hours
so if countdown is set to 9am argentina for mexico is 7am and then countdown arrive to 0 at same time

Accepted Answeri create a pb page call countdown, put a date for tomorrow my country then i change general setting > server > time to Argentina Buenos Aires, and instead have the counter for 1 days and some hours just appear some hours with 0 day
so basically the countdown work when general setting server time is set to universal, but that universal is related with my server setup and not universal
universal i think means that if show how many time left for each web visitor with no dependencies on their computer setup now if i setup argentina, and other setup mexico the countdown differ as assume the time is local and not global best
