Product Import On Easystore - Failure

Trying to import products for my store but get an error about the csv file structure... even if I use the exact same file which I have just exported from the shop.. Do you have a workable template or sheet that will not give this error?

I have checked your issue. The product import is okay. The issue is the category is set to none when imported. We are working on the issues. It will be fixed in the next update, hopefully.

How are we supposed to setup dozens of products without an import function? This is not a small issue.. Please assist..

I have talked with the development team. They are working with the issue. It will be fixed with the next update (probably coming this month). Then image will also be imported and existing product will be updated with the same SKU. Please allow us some time to fix this.

I reported this exact same issue over a month ago, but was completely ignored and just told "it works".

the csv import does not work.. not even without the images.. Followed your documentation, with and without category, also adjusting the filter for the import.. No success.

I have updated with the new release this week. The issue has not been sorted. I can still not import.

There is problem in the file structure. Please export the products and follow the same format. Check this documentation:
