It is difficult for me to work with this Multifactor authentication. This time I logged in and turned off multifactor authentication for the user. Now, I cannot use frontend editor. It takes time to learn it. Better I try to solve your issue. Please check the screencast. For each device size, remove the height and then the images will be shown in their actual height. I did accordint to your instructions on the other site. Fix it there now. The pictures are way to big, not original size, if I delete the height according to your instruction. And please this time no excuse!!! We work on this issue 4 weeks!!! What a great support... And a problem which defenitely should be a standard in an addon like this... it's just frustrating!!

I see that (BMW - seems to be OK)

But I think, to improve proportions I would use that Custom CSS line:

.sppb-carousel-extended-item img {height: auto; }

I think it would be better for most square logos, also BWM for all views (Desktop/Tablet/Mobile)

Page Settings > Page CSS (tab) > Custom CSS

add it, refresh browser and compare.
