ACL for both frontend and admin panel for sp property does not work. What should happen?

Accepted AnswerWhen I log in with publisher privileges for the backend, it says I don't have permissions. I checked all the permissions.

Accepted AnswerThank you for your interest. The site is online now and my customer is using it. Therefore, I take the user and send it to review. If a change needs to be made, please let me know and I will make it.
