How To Create Table Of Content In Sppb?

hi. i want create table of content when create article via sppb in the joomla article blog. how to do that? is there any addon to do that? thank you.

If I well understand your question, is not possible - only raw Joomla Article has option to use "Page Break" and "Table of Contents". When SPPB mode is enabled that feature cannot work there.
So you have to use Navigation addon and add links to Sections manually. As you probably noticed in each Row you can add your custom ID name, use it.
