Custom Header Based On File

Hello Support Team, I would like to define my own header design and have proceeded according to the instructions https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/custom-header (Custom Header based on File). The folder and the files have been created via FTP. Unfortunately, the new item does not appear in the design selection. Do I have to add a reference in a file here? If so, where? Unfortunately, there is nothing in the documentation.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out.

I have just created a custom header following that documentation and it works fine.

Although, customization support is not in our support range, you may give me your admin access and FTP access to check the issue for you?

Hello Rashida,

unfortunately I don't know either. A day later, the entry was suddenly there. Probably a cache problem. I then added a language override and everything was fine. Best regards Heiko
