Unable To Add Images To Slick Carousel

I am running the latest version of SP Page Builder. I am running PHP 7.3 on Ubuntu with Nginx. I am not able to remove/add any images to the Slick Carousel. I am not sure what is causing this issue. The rest of the site seems fine.

I can share a screenshot, but I don't think it will help. It seems like nothing is being saved to the database. I just tried adding a new page in page builder and it does not save even though I recieve the pop up that says it saved successfully.

I just created a fresh joomla install and added just the sp page builder. I am still unable to create pages. Everything else in joomla works fine just not the component.

Not sure if its just this version or what. But now that I reinstalled it from scratch not the quickstart, now the buttons are showing like "COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_ADD_NEW_ROW"
