I Downloaded A Package From A Template And The Options are Blocked

good evening, download the Helix Ultimate template but it has many blocked functions that I can do to activate them.

After installing the pro version of the page builder you have to activate it. Input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close.
Your License Key is located in your Dashboard. Then Clear your Joomla cache then try again. You can also follow this documentation below:
