Cannot Update Any Pagebuilder Or LMS

I can never get any of my Joomla sites to update. I always get an error like this below. I have my email address and License Key in the License & Update Tab.

Warning Error connecting to the server: 403 Before updating ensure that the update is compatible with your Joomla! installation. You are strongly advised to make a backup of your installation before you start updating. × Error Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from https://www.joomshaper.com/index.php?option=com_product&task=download.download&product=extension&id=39&sub=1.

Hi there!

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Did you click on the link shown within the error, please?

It should download the zip file right there. Then you need to install it through the Extensions>Manage>Install.

Or, you can download the updated product from Joomshaper website, and intall over the previous one. https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads

Salam Rashida. So it does not update via Joomla update? I need to manually update it?

Oa Alaikum As Salam John Pytel!

Generally, it updates through Joomla Update, but if this error/warning appears, then you need to manually update it.
