I am thinking of renewing my subscription to templates, but I have not been getting timely tech support (e.g. here: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/33828 and here: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/27410). The more serious one is preventing me from using a supported version of php and upgrading to Joomla 4 and on my ecommerce site with no ETA on when (or I suppose if) that will be addressed. Using old and unsupported versions of php and Joomla on an ecommerce site is just asking for trouble.
This is a change from before, where the responses would come back in a few days.
Are there plans to improve the timeliness of responses and quality of communication?
