Hi, any image I upload into the carousel or slideshow gets blurred, can you fix it?

Let's take this inserted imagelinkwireless.it/images/2024/09/04/fibra-ottica.jpg,
when it is displayed on the slider it loses quality, it does so with all images.
Just look at the writing.

It seems fine in my end. You can reduce the height and width of the image and try. OR use a good resolution image.

The image in the media is in high resolution, but when it is loaded in the slider or carosuel it loses quality, look carefully at the images.

As you can see the original image is in high resolution, while when it is uploaded in carousel or other slideshow of page build pro it loses quality, and this is especially visible in the writings.
The problem is there, please find a solution.

Please use high resolution image or try to reduce width or height of the image from settings. Right now these are the solution.

Hi, the images used are this https://linkwireless.it/images/2024/09/04/fibra.jpg and it is in high resolution, however your sp page builder module lowers the quality and comes in low resolution. Give me a solution.

You can try one thing, ready your image 1710 × 865 px size and then upload it. It may works.

Isn't it ok now? Sorry we dont have any other solution. But I will inform our DEV team so that they can fix this type of resolution issues in near future update.

It's a big problem, because it worsens the image quality, the module is paid, you have to solve it.
