SLIDESHOW/CAROUSEL - How To Hide The Images In The Background Or Remove The Stacking?

Hello, I searched FAQs and cannot figure out how to make the Amazing Slideshow more simple.
Currently, the slideshows shows the main slide on the foreground, however I can see the slides on the right and left side in the background. I do not like this. I simply want the enter image to show and fill the row height and do not want to partially see the other slides in the background.
How can I do this?

You can use the Slideshow addon or you can change the layout in the Image Carousel addon. Go to the addon settings and select full image layout.

Accepted AnswerWonder if you can help out as I tried to follow your instructions and I do not see anything like what you said.
- Select Slideshow via add-on
- There is no LAYOUT option in the settings like you showed
- Even with slideshow selected, there is no option for changing the stacking effect. You would think if you select sideshow, by default it would be a normal slideshow

Accepted AnswerNevermind, I have opt'd to use a much more straight forward slideshow plugin. DJ-Image Slider.
It would be nice if your dev team improves this from functionlity and useability perspective. I've wasted too much time on such a rudimentary feature. It may be a bug as it continually stacks even though I select slideshow in settings
