Problem: Request failed with status code 403 from Page BUilder 5.3.7

I have a problem with the error mentioned: Request failed with status code 403
I know that the problem is described many times and mentioned in the documentation. But all recommended solutions do not work.

  • security mod on the server is disabled
  • permissions are granted correctly
  • this is a clean installation, not migrated
  • all rules are entered in the htacees file
  • cache is enabled
  • rocket_loader in cloudflare is disabled

What else could be causing the problem?
