Import From Old Version

Is it possible to export SP Page Builder Pages from version 3.7.4 and import them in the latest version? I would like to just update Joomla, but it's running into so many errors that it will be easier to build the website up from scratch and just import the old sp page builder pages.

I created another thread in this forum for that issue. Please check all information there. I would just like to know if it's possible to export SP page builder pages from 3.7.4 and import in another joomla instance with the latest version?
