Add-Ons And Section Not Saving

Hello,
I am getting an error when trying to save Add-Ons and Sections. It reads as follows in a red box that pops up for a few seconds before disappearing:
Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x9F\x93\xB1 \xE2...' for column 'code' at row 1
Any idea how to fix this issue? Thank you.

Accepted AnswerI can see that it is working for Section saves, but it still shows the error with individual Add-Ons. Here is the image of the error.
