Hello, I’m trying to upgrade Sp Page Builder, from version 3.8.10 to the current one. (The website is in joomla4) I tried many ways but, if I follow your directions (https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/28423) and uninstall: SP Page Builder - Administrator - Component - 3.8.10 - 01-09-2014, I lose all the modules of the site. How can I update the component without losing the modules?

Hi there!

Sorry for your experience.

Only SP Page Builder moldules may affect. However, are there many page builder module in your site? If there are not many, then you might be able to recreate them I think. Just keep backup and track of those modules.

Can you try the following? Please keep a backup of your database. Then try to delete the column name 'catid' and then check. You can also try this:

  1. Database backup
  2. Uninstall SP Page Builder Pro
  3. Install it again
  4. Clear CMS and browser cache
