Hi Support-Team,

For the last two days I have been getting spam messages via my contact form - does this have something to do with the latest updates, as the captcha has probably been modified?

Hello Toufiq,

THANK YOU for the quick feedback!!! :) I have deactivated Invinsible Captcha, as this often results in error messages. But it is now active again and I'll let you know in a few days if any more spam comes in.

I need to open the post again.

The spam is gone, but the contact form no longer works. I get neither a confirmation that a request has been sent nor an email.

Maybe you could test it or look over it.

You need to communicate with your hosting server provider to enable the PHP mail function. Thanks

Just for information: for whatever reason, my provider had deactivated the mail function.

Hi Toufiq,

For your information: I have changed my provider. On one of my pages I still used the integrated captcha from the SPPB. This night alone I received 110 spam requests. I have now activated Invinsible Captcha on this site as well.

Hello Toufiq,

after a few days the spam will stop again.

The internal captcha of the SPPB has been replaced by Invinsible reCaptcha. Your own captcha has lost its function ;)
