Cannot Read Properties Of Undefined Error Message

Customer is getting this error message popping up (see link below) it happens when they click on SP Page Builder Pro, they have to hit back to admin and logout, when they log back in everything works fine. We ran all updates and I will tell you that I can't get it to repeat this error but they are saying they are still getting it. Would appreciate it if you could check it for me as well. Login is in the hidden content. This is not something we have ever seen before and I am unable to trouble shoot it.

Accepted AnswerHi, sorry for the slow response but the customer just emailed me again on this error, I logged in and now I am gettin git as well. So it is happening when you log in, click components then SP Page Builder then Pages and the error comes up, once you click the button to go back and log back in it doesn't do it. See second test shot from just now showing the full url in the link below
This has been tested and happens in Firefox and Chrome. Please log in and fix it if you can, we have never had this happen so we have no idea of how to fix it and customer is not happy at this point.

Accepted AnswerYup, first time through I couldn't get to it to do this either but it is definatly happening. There is another screen that pops up, let me know if this gives any other determingin factor into the why.
