Slider As A Background

Is it possible to use a slide or slider as a background. So that a module can be seen on top of the slider?
I want to display a search bar above the slide. But the search bar should not reload when changing the image. A bit like on this page at the top: https://demo.cmsjunkie.com/j-businessdirectory/templates.php?template=j-mydirectory

No default way to use a slider as background of a section/row in SP Page Builder.
But, you can try to use a slider and a module with your desired search, one after another, and then you can modify the position of the search module to adjust it on middle of the slider. For example:
