This issue has been ongoing for more than 7 months! This was only one forum issue from a number that I raised the same concern. See image below... 10 months ago I questioned this feature.

I was told the issue would be fixed, that I had to wait for the next update, and then the next update.... only to find that the import tool would not do what your advertising and feature list indicated. The fact that I am close to my expiration date is not my issue... you promised a product that never delievered. What poor customer service and representation.
At the very least, you could offer a partial refund but a "sorry about that...", you might as well say, thanks for your money sucker!
Your refund policy:
No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:
- Completely non-functional. <-- YES - it is not functional for the purpose you promoted it for: the export and import of bulk products.
- And you’ve opened a support ticket on our Helpdesk but you didn't get any response in 48h (business days only). <-- YES - on many occassions, some with reply times longer than 48 hours.
- And/or product main description was fully misleading.<-- Yes. Your advertising and product documentation indicated the import and export tool. It didn't mention that to import you need to delete every product in the store or a duplicate of the product would be made or that I would need to wait for several bug fixes
- then you do have the option to request a refund. <--Yes. I have an option to request a refund according to your own policy.
Please consult your management structure for an alternative approach.
