It looks fine now.

Unfortunatelys still have wrong issue : there was an update of Melvin template. I did have backed up your modifications, updated template the send back the melvin template folder with yours corrections.

Works fine, I can see the page to retrieve password creating an account our retrieve user ID. But Cannot go to the end of the process :

Example : Tying te retrieve a user password : I can fill my email adress but getting an error :

500 behavior::formvalidation not found.
