The moneris payment gateway plugin returns unpaid even though the transaction is approved. Also the connection to the moneris server through the plugin is very slow.

Accepted AnswerHello, Once again thank you for your attention to my concern. I looked at the screenshot. It says that the customer must click on the back arrow and only then will the transaction be marked as paid in the back end, even if the transaction has been approved by Moneris. I find that this is not normal behavior for such an essential plugin. It is not intuitive and an update should be made so that once the transaction is approved by Moneris, the paid mention is automatically made in the back end.
Also, my second concern is still not resolved. As you can see in the video, between the moment you click on the pay button and the connection to the Moneris gateway, a lot of time passes. This could cause the customer to leave the page and thus cause a loss of transaction. It would be wise to correct this as well,

I click on pay at second 29. The plug-in connects to Moneris at 1 minute 6 seconds. (1' 06"), or 37 seconds later. This is extremely long. Once the payment information is entered, I click on the Moneris payment button at 1 minute 36 seconds. The transaction is approved but is marked completed at one minute 47 seconds. or 11 seconds later. This is too long, And as I mentioned, I have another plugin on J2store that is extremely fast. Thanks for investigating further.
