Probably becuase shortcodes are not supported in EasyStore, as well as they are NOT in SPPB itself.

You have to use other method to insert that content. Find forum topics about shortcode in SPPB and use it.

will there be support for shortcodes moving forward? or any plans to impliment it into the newer versions?

Honestly, I wouldn't count on it this year. Maybe next year, I'll be able to somehow return to this topic.

That's why 3 years ago I created shortcode addon for my personal use, shared a few times on the forum.

i havent been able to find any short code addons???
