The SP Page Builder addon causing the issue is not part of the core SP Page Builder package, but rather an addon that comes with the theme you're using, which is not from JoomShaper. Unfortunately, we do not provide support for third-party products. I recommend contacting the theme seller directly for assistance in resolving this issue.
