Error 404 On Template File

Please be so kind to help with template issue.

I use SP page builder 5.4.0, shaper helixultimate 2.1.1. and joomla 5.1.4.

I have issue with template change.

Templates: edit stile > helix ultimate > template options: can not make changes.

Templates > Shaper_helixultimate > css > template.css: if I open and close that file, error 404 occures.

Do you suggest any solution?

Resources can't load properly on your server.

Could be rocket_loader or mod_security occurred the problem.
