Hi there, i was wondering if it is possible on the checkout page to show the card providers such as Visa & MasterCard instead of Stripe because most customers doesnt know what Stripe is and that Stripe backs Visa & MasterCard.

Thanks in advance.

I've not looked into changing the icon (yet), but I imagine it's simply an image stored in the stripe payment plugin folder

If you right click on the stripe icon at checkout and click "copy picture link", it might help. Good idea Stuart.

Hi

Thanks for contacting us. You can check the available Payment gateway from here

You can choose whatever suits your site/region. For example, I choose Paypal and it will be showing on my checkout page as well

Hi there, i know the payment services/providers but as i said above in the checkout page as payment option you see Stripe and not MasterCard or Visa for example.

If you select Stripe then it will be shown Stripe on checkout page. Like I have selected PayPal that's why on checkout page its showing PayPal.

Mehtaz Afsana Borsha look at what he's asking. He's asking for the graphic or icon to show the credit cards like master card and visa like the stripe plugin does for most other sites.

A lot of these requests are failing the translator tools you seem to be using.

Sorry for this misunderstanding. I will inform our team about it.

By the way,

Hi RB,

Is it possible to give me a screenshot of that issue? So that I can inform our team about it.

@Mehtaz Afsana Borsha - you're still not understanding the question! I'm not sure quite what you can "inform your team about" other than you not understanding any customer questions.

@RB - you can rename the Stripe payment plugin's Title so it displays something different during the checkout process. For example, I have it set to display "Crebit / Dedit Card".

Hi @Stuart Clark this looks a bit better that the word "stripe" and give the customer a feel of what this is. Do you know of it is possible to change and the icon too somehow?

Thanks!
