A Section Present In My Home Page, is Not Available For Editing In SP Page Builder

A section present in my home page, is not available for editing in SP page builder. It is therefore impossible for me to make the necessary changes in order to move forward. https://prnt.sc/51rw1c9liJ1dAlso, https://prnt.sc/aRohwrYvlUYb I experience at times, defaults of saving this home page, when I add addons. I am confused and do not understand what is happening. Need assistance please.

Hello,

Please navigate to your system or go to the Content section, then click on Site Modules. Next, select the Footer Subscription module and open it with SP Page Builder.
