Is There A Way To Be Copied On The Payment Success Emails?

Hello,

Wanted to see if it's possible to blind copy myself on Payment Success emails. The Order Placement Confirmation is sent to me with no issues but i'm more concerned about the Payment Success emails and would rather be included on that email. Thnx

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. When you have placed a order then you will get two email. First one is order is placed & second email for payment confirmation.

But I never got a email from the website confirming the payment. I only got the emails from the initial order placement but no email letting me know that the order was paid. Is there a way that the admin can be emailed on both order placement and order paid

I'm actually using SMTP service for email. I now have everything setup and working correctly but still no email comes to me (admin) when the order is marked as paid. The Payment Successful email only goes to the customer. The only way for me to know if the order actually was processed and not just started is to login to the backend of the website each time, is there a way at all to BCC the admin on those Payment Successful emails that go to customer? Thnx

You are not understanding what Im saying, I see that you or someone from your team did a test order 6 hours ago, in the screenshot you can see ONE email went to the admin (joomshapersgmail) which is the New Order Notification for Admin and then 2 emails went to the actual customer (Order Placement & Payment Successful (wasymailinator).

I am just asking if there is any way possible for the admin to somehow be included on that Payment Succesful email as well. There are visitors that will start a order and not complete the order. Those Payment Succesful emails will allow me/admin to know if a order was fully processed/paid or if a customer just started a order and then exited which can be ignored. Thnx
