Shlash / Added In The Anchor Urls

Hello On https://www.pulsar-agency.com we have a top right SP PAGE BUILDER module that contains an anchor to the contact form (at the bottom of the page). In back end we only entered #footer-contact but in front end it is converted to /#footer-contact with a "/"
How can we get rid of this "/" please?
We have the same issue with the home page url itself. it displays https://www.pulsar-agency.com but if you make a copy / paste you will end up with https://www.pulsar-agency.com/

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, that's the process. If you add a URL # or external URL then it will add anchor tag before and after. The URL will add inside the anchor tag.

Accepted AnswerThanks Toufiq but it means that for google there are two urls : https://www.pulsar-agency.com/ and https://www.pulsar-agency.com for the same content which is bad for SEO
