Hello Imservan

Where do you see the error? Please share a screenshot of your issue to understand it better. Take a screenshot and share via any platform. For example: Lightshot or Imgur

Best regards

The PayPal plugin doesn't work properly at the moment, but @Ofi Khan thinks it is fine!

It’s not just about my opinion; it has worked in my tests. Not only mine, but the developer team has also tested this. If you think we don’t test, then that’s up to you. But we don’t work like that. We thoroughly test the plugins before release. However, we can still make mistakes, so we ask for credentials to check the issue directly from the user’s end.

Please avoid unnecessary comments on others' posts.

@Ofi Khan When you have regressions which are picked up by customers (as has been proven time and time again in my case), yet you claim there is no issue with your product, AND refuse to carry out any testing on customer's systems, even when asked to do so, then... that is where customers get fed up and comment so that other customers may also know what they're likely to face from JoomShaper support.

My latest regression report, relating to Payment Plugins, specifically PayPal - you told me I was wrong. You told me you know better. You told me there was no issue. You did ZERO testing. You basically called me a liar!

Yet after reaching out to another member of JoomShaper staff - magically a problem was found which is resulting in an updated version being released today!

So - I ask you - which one of us needs to avoid the unnecessary comments? Me for reporting bugs and advising other users of these; or you for gaslighting customers and calling them liars?

Hello, I would like to describe my problem again. My store connects to PayPal. You can pay for the desired product as normal. Then you are sent back to the store. Up to this point everything is fine. Paypal does not debit the customer and the seller does not receive any payment. In the live webhook event, everything is listed without errors. The source code of the webhook event contains the address of everything that has been ordered. My question is what or with whom is the error? I would like to go live with my store. I hope you can help me. Best regards Imservan

I had talked with the developer team even though I could not reproduce the issue. They have found the issue on Windows Server. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup before sharing.
