It looks like login module is customized on your site. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup before sharing.

Dear Ofi , I just tested the Login Module using Cassiopeia Template and it works there. Therfore I dont' think its related to the module but to the Helix- Template Kind rgds

Indeed, but it's caused that Helix Ultiamte doesn't support that yet in module. It will be added in next update.

Temporray I made you working "pass preview" version. I only used raw login module from Cassiopeia with small CSS design touch.

You're welcome. In big short:

1. I deleted that file: templates\shaper_helixultimate\html\mod_login\default.php
2. Added two extra lines inside your custom.css file.

Is was a easy & fast way.
