500 Error With EasyStore

Hi, everything works fine with Easystore until I truy and make a new collection, it throws up a 500 error.

I have debugged and it showed me this:

Apology for the inconvenience. There was an issue with EasyStore Paddle payment plugin. I have updated the plugin. Now you can create a collecttion.
