SP Easy Image Gallery - Thumbnail Size

Hi,

I am struggling to chane the SP Easy Image Gallery thumbnail size. I want it to display in a equal size, square shape, but it's only showing in a rectangle shape: https://snipboard.io/zA6GXI.jpg

I changed the Thumbnail Width and height to 400: https://snipboard.io/b8DZuk.jpg

The module layout is set to default: https://snipboard.io/xr5lEv.jpg

Please advise.

Hi Carol-Lynn,

Thank you for reaching out. Have you tried setting it to a 4-column layout? Setting it to 6 columns might be causing it to automatically shrink. https://prnt.sc/YdENww4rkWDD

Hi!

Yes, I tested all the different column layouts, and they are all showing in a rectangle.

It looks like you may have adjusted the height and width of the SP Image Gallery images before uploading them. https://prnt.sc/P7cEmOqjSXyO

To fix this, please delete the old rectangular images and upload the original, unaltered images. This should automatically resolve the issue.
