ONE SP Page Cannot Be Edited In Front End

All pages on the site are Articles using the SPPB integration. In front end, we can edit pages but one (seems like only one) does not allow front end edit and reports:

"You are not permitted to edit this page because one more user is already checkid-in."

This is false. The article is not checked-out to anyone, in backend, no padlock and article can be edited fine.

This happens for any user so I tested as administrator as well... same issue.

Please follow this process Navigate to System -> Maintenance -> Global Check-in prnt.sc/F4OwPDFzjwLF , then select all and then click Check-in prnt.sc/pPU9A52fuMRi . It will remove all the check-in.

Please mark the issue as solved.
