Easystore Custom Fields At Checkout And Other Questions

I am thinking about buying an Easystore subscription but before I do that, I want to know if Easystore would allow me to me to add custom fields to the checkout page. I would like to add for example, the Spouse Name, Children Ages, etc.

Also, Can we turn off shipping and taxes?

Plus, Can we put products under multiple categories?

Thanks for your interest in EasyStore. Unfortunately, none of the features are available. It is upto your customization and we do not provide customization support. Here are some tips on solving your issues:

  1. Customers can add notes on their order. You can use this for additional inputs from the customers.
  2. You can turn off tax from the global settings. But you cannot remove shipping. You must include shipping region. You can offer free shipping.
  3. Sorry, one product under multiple categories is not possible. You can add multiple tags on one product.
