Form Bilder Not Working

Hi there, I'm using the Form Builder on https://dev.ibanez-lifestyle.at/kontakt-bestellung and though I get a positive message after filling in and sending the form, it never arrives at the recipient mail address.

We checked with the PHP Version, it doesn't work with a lower one too.

Could you help me please? Thanks!
