Submenus Work On PC But Not On Cell Phone

Best regards, I have an active subscription with you from SPPB5.

My website is: https://coopsanfrancisco.co it uses Joomla 5.2.1 and the latest version of Helix Ultimate and SPPB5

When you hover over the main menu, the items open correctly from any computer.

But on cell phone some menu items do not open, for example, the items "Files of interest" and "Portfolio" do not work from cell phone.

I have checked the configuration and everything seems to be correct, so I do not understand why it does not work, it was working before.

Could you please check again form browser incognito mode, Your dropdown menu is work. Please, click on arrow icon, to see the sub menu.

Could you please check if JavaScript compression is enabled by navigating to

System > Template Styles > Template Options > Advanced > Compression-> Settings?

If it is enabled, try disabling it and then check if the issue is resolved.

Go to Helix Ultimate Settings > Menu > offcanvas > Set Maximum Level to All.

Indeed, the menu, separators and submenus can now be seen correctly from the cell phone with their respective arrows.

Could you please tell me what the problem was and how you solved it?

But it's strange, I use Chrome and I always completely clear the browser cache in each test, I checked many times the separators, pages and articles linked to their respective menu items together with the instructions you gave when opening this query.

I don't know what you could have changed, but whatever it is, it works now and it leaves me perplexed if it only says that it was a problem with clearing the Chrome cache.

In any case, thank you very much for your kind collaboration, I asked how I can solve it in case it happens again someday, although I hope not.
