Renew To Sp Builder Not Quite Working

Hi there i got two websites, in one of them i installed dthe sp builder too and in settings the license key etc yet if i want lets say add a slideshow and want to choose from the sections library it shows buy now and the pro icon even tho im pro so what can i do now?

  1. Please get your license from here: https://www.joomshaper.com/dashboard
  2. Please insert your renewed license in the sp page builder settings. https://prnt.sc/tIug-vIL0Leq
  3. Clean Joomla cache and Brower cache
