If I buy easy store agent this week will it be added to my sp builder pro I renewed in 13 aug year?

Good choice!

Just go and purchase any EasyStore plan. EasyStore plan includes EasyStore, templates, extensions and SP Page Builder. You do not need SP Page Builder plan then. The sales team will add your SP Page Builder plan validity to your new plan. You will not have 2 plans and your validity will not be wasted.
