Hi,

Error connecting to the server:403 was encountered when upgrading from V 3.8.2 to V 3.8.3.

Joomla! 3.10.4 Stable
Shopin V 1.7
SP Page Builder V 3.8.2

Kindly try re-entering the email and license key, then save it. Also, please clear the Joomla and browser cache and check again.

As my SP Page Builder Pro is come with the Shopin template, I was unable to download it from the link you provided.
