Upgraded To Page Builder Pro - Nothing Changed

I upgraded to SP Page Builder Pro. I'm trying to import a layout for a website for the Helix Ultimate template. I added the domain to Page Builder Pro on my dashboard. Then I added my email and license key to the template settings. I click on IMPORT for the layout I want and it says layout was imported successfully but nothing has changed on the website. Am I missing something? Additional info in hidden content.
Additionally, I'm still showing icons in different areas of the website that is promoting upgrading to pro. buuuuuuuut I already did that. Help please! I need to get this stuff done asap.

Accepted AnswerUpdate. Now it's not even allowing me to import layouts. It says "buy pro" where it used to say "import"
