SP Pagebuilder 6 Pro Licence Issue - Unable To Enter

SP Page Builder 3 weeks ago

Hi. I purchased a licence for Pagebuilder pro 6.1.0. However once installed, none of the pro features are available, and there is nowhere to add a licence.

Note I am running Joomla 6.0.0.

Hi Adrian,

Please read & follow the documenation tip >> https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/troubleshooting

In Helix Ultimate QS by default is SPPB Lite version, so extra clicks are needed to have PRO. The first step should be to download & install the Pro version.

The Lite version is not a trial version, as you have software, so no License input field.

Um. I have installed Joomla about six times today. I did this both using the J6 installer and the Helix Ultimate installer. I have also re-installed the pro version of SP Pagebuilder on top of all these base 6.0.0 Joomla installations. Never once, have I seen somewhere to enter a licence key and make the pro versions available. So - to tell me to download the pro version - let's jump to next level support please.

Have you used other tips from link ?

Use step 2,3 and 5 !

I have installed Joomla about six times today.

Sorry, but what for? In most cases (advanced user):

  1. Install raw Joomla 5.4 or Joomla 6.0 taken from Joomla.org website.
  2. Install extension(s) that you need (SP Page Builder, Akeeba Backup, JCE, etc.)
  3. Install template that you want to use,
  4. Make that template (3) default,
  5. Start adding your own content, page by page.

Probably you are Joomla beginner, and you "need" demo content, am I right?!

If somehow you're still lost, relax, and in "Hidden Content" share access to your website, I will look into.

Thanks Paul.

I installed it numerous times, as I tried base J6, then wanted to try the Helix ultimate pack, and tried the starter pack on to the base J6, not realising it also contained a J6 install, so I nuked everything and started again, then tried a few things, but at the end, wanted a fresh as possible install, so now have a new db and the J6 install with helix ultimate. Background is, I had my site in J3, with page builder, but page builder updated beyond what J3 was capable of supporting (php version wise). I neglected it for ages, so I feel like a bit of a noob getting back into everything joomla and page builder!
