Work Not Saved

Hi,
Do you have any idea why all my today modification wasn't saved at all? I've regulary saved my work and in the DB I can see it was last modified on "2021-05-01 17:47:18 " (column "modified"). Unfortunately the content of the column"texte" is form "2021-04-30".
