Vertical Menu In Helix Ultimate And Layout Builder

Hi, I am trying to create a veritcal menu (Left) with logo and logo slogan at top, buttom of the menu container I need to add contact info and below the social icons.

I looked at following instructions from this video but seems the Layout Builder has been removed from Helix Ultimate newest version.

Could you please help me on this? just need the menu or header type then I will be all set.
