Multiple Shipping Methods

While having 3 shipping methods in the backend of the website only 1 (the first one) is rendered in the checkout stage. I need all 3 of them in the checkout as they are all valid options. They are all assigned to the same country but as mentioned only the 1st one appears. If I deactivate the 1st one then only the second one appears.
How can I have all 3 possible shipping methods available ?

Accepted AnswerI solved the issue whith the shipping but I located another problem. When adding products to the cart, it says the cart is empty. After about adding 3-4 items then it updates and shows the cart icon on the top to be populated with items.
