Where do Failed Form Submission Stores

Hi,

I have two queries -

  1. Is there a way or add-on SPPB to gather data of submitted forms through contact or form builder along with receiving emails?

  2. Sometime due to captcha or other issue if the form submission is failed and I don't receive email, in this case is there any way to check all failed submissions?
